Oktoberfest Lite
Come out to The Shops on Saturday, October 3rd for a full day of fun, food, music, drinks, a pet costume contests and more! We will have tents and tables with benches for seating outside for you to sit and enjoy food, music from Parker County Brewing Company, watch the Pet Costume Contest and your kids play on The Lawn. Be sure and hit up on of the tasty eateries for food to go if you want to sit outside!
Schedule of Events:
6:30 a.m. – Sunny Street Café open and serving Pumpkin Spice Cold Bree, Pumpkin Pancakes and Pumpkin Chip Pancakes
9 a.m. – F45 Training hosts a FREE boot camp on The Lawn with a Live DJ and Nutrition Nation samples and free Inbody Scale readings
12-5 p.m.. – Carys Lane 2nd Birthday Bash – First come, First serve promotions and lots of specials
12-4 p.m. – Free Wine Tasting at Byrd Mill
2:30-4:30 p.m. – Blackberry Winter Creamery will be set up in the parking lot serving their amazing flavors
2:30 p.m. – Arrive for Pet Costume Contest hosted by Grounds 4 Hounds Veterinary Clinic
3 p.m. – Pet Costume Contest Judging begins – Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
4-6 p.m. – Live Music by Kyle Stallons at Parker County Brewing Company
6:30-8:30 p.m. – Live Music by Cody Culberson at Parker County Brewing Company

“Buy the beer, Keep the glass” special for all Oktoberfest beers (while supplies last).
The German Stein glass is a traditional full liter stein and all Oktoberfest beers will be from German Breweries.
Lunch/Dinner special – Brat plate served with traditional German hot potato salad and sauerkraut. The baker will be making delicious Black Forest cakes for a dessert option too!
F45 TRAINING:
Start the day with a great workout at 9 a.m. with a high-intensity group workout on The Lawn. Music will be provided by a live DJ!
GROUNDS FOR HOUNDS:
Pet Costume Contest on The Lawn
Judging will be at 3pm so arrive a little early so everyone can enjoy the cute costumes! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded.
Gift baskets for 2nd and 3rd place prizes ($50 value/basket), the 1st place prize will be an Economy Wellness Plan at Grounds for Hounds, a $250 value.
We’ll also have crayons/color sheets for kids and Halloween bandanas for dogs.
