As part of the fun festivities that will be Oktoberfest @shopsatwillowpark we will be hosting a FREE Bootcamp on the lawn! Bring a friend, bring a buddy, bring a pal! All you need is a mat if you want one and some water! We will provide the rest of the fun and an amazing workout! @thedjpyro will be playing those beats to keep us going #LiveDJ and @nutritionnationwillowpark will be out with some FREE SAMPLES and an Inbody scale!
